I accidentally walked into the Diagnostic Lab on the same floor first. As soon as I walked in, two staff members greeted me kindly, checked my doctor’s paperwork, and informed me that I needed to go to the Clinical Lab, which was also on the same floor. Kidney Function Test and urine test needed and it was a breeze. From reception to sample taking there was no discomfort and no sign of bruising and not expensive. Well done folks.
Their online payment system “can’t locate my bill” that I received in the mail, and I’ve tried calling their billing department at least 15 times to try to reach someone to pay it, my call either goes to voicemail (and no one returns my calls) or the line beeps endlessly. I don’t think they want money? It’s extremely annoying that I’ve spent at least an hour or more trying to pay them, ridiculous.
Took my daughter here for a blood draw because that's where her doctor sent her lab req. The lab didn't run one of the tests on the lab req and didn't store the blood properly so it clotted. We now have to go get her blood drawn again. The lab techs weren't friendly, will never go back
