Sorry, but I showed up early for my appointment and still had to wait 15 minutes while 4 employees just sat around talking. For some reason, only 1 person was able to help me, and she was busy with other folks. What is the point of having all those employees in there standing around?? What is the point of creating an appointment and showing up on time. Disgraceful.
I've had my blood drawn here at least a dozen times, and every time I'm greeted with friendly service and am in-and-out quickly. All the phlebotomists here are the best. I rarely feel pain from the prick or get any bruising. They make an uncomfortable task as comfortable as possible. Results are usually uploaded to the portal quickly. I won't go anywhere else!
Parking is free for 1 hour, every half hour after that is a dollar. Very reasonable. The labs itself was very clean and the staff is very friendly and professional
