Terrible experience here. There used to be a girl working there who would find my veins on the first look and succeed with the first poke. The people working herenow are inexperienced and unprofessional. They have a hard time finding your veins. They definitely need more training. This was the first time I had my blood drawn and it was spilled onto my hand and foot. One of the employees jammed her finger into a drawer and was complaining like a 7 year old. The person who did the blood draw was very good, but I have two issues. First, I waited about a half-hour and although I found I was the next person in line, the person who was in before me came out with a rolling case and paraphernalia and appeared to be a salesperson of some sort. Meeting with salespeople should be done outside of the hours for patients. I usually am very happy with the skill and service they provide here. But my last visit on 4/28/26 I had a young asian male trying to do my blood test. He could not locate my vein in 2 pokes, after I told him where the good one was, he went for the one that slides around(and I told him it was a small vein). So another tech had to take over and poke me a 3rd time. Luckily I didn't bruise very much after. But definitely not happy with this past experience.

Their online billing system does not work as instructed and the email address they have for questions comes back undeliverable. Poor customer service.
