What a great discovery! We needed a blood draw on a Sunday for results to make it to doctor the following week, so just a couple of days and we are NOT available during weekdays or evenings! We also missed going to closer North King Street location because we were busy Saturday! What to do? This Queen Street location was a little hard to find, but they are open daily until 8pm! Their door is outside at street level between two free Ward parking garages. Easiest to park as if you were going to Whole Foods, but we werent sure ... read more
Jennifer helped me above & beyond! Thank you for being kind, professional, and understanding! She did a lot of searching for me! And helped walk me through labs ordering things.
The fact that they were open late-ish on a Saturday was truly amazing in my situation. Additionally, I've always had a hard time with blood draws and the Nurse was so gracious and gave me more helpful tips and was very likely the easiest time I've ever had with a blood draw ❤️💯
Super understaffed. Wouldn’t be seen for a simple lab in over an hour. When you do see the doctor, they rush you out as soon as possible. I think it’s literally one person doing everything in the back room.
