I went in for a routine blood draw. Staff was friendly, and they drew my blood in a timely manner. However they did not send my blood work to my doctor, which he needed to fulfill my prescription. Both my doctor and I have called multiple times asking them to fax over my results and nothing has happened. I have ended up running out of my prescription.
They don’t seem to know how to do certain types of labs and seem to give you the run around while they figure it out. It didn’t feel like a professional lab. They also would say they’ll check on something and I wouldn’t get an update for 15-20 minutes. Even though they ”seemed” busy with only two patents in the waiting room, overall, pretty lackluster experience.
Fast and easy blood draw. Painless professional. You can always tell how good the nurses are by how painless and professional the blood draw is. Highly recommend.
