I’ve been fasting since last night and carefully planned my schedule to come for a blood test this morning. The clinic was supposed to open at 7:00, but it’s now 7: 30and the doors are still closed. I’m concerned I may not make it to work on time. May I ask what’s going on?
I’ve been here twice. I forgot the name of the nurse the first time, but the second time it was Jasmine. Since I was little, my veins have always been hard to find during blood tests, and nurses usually struggled a lot. I often had to be poked twice and ended up with bruises. But here, both times were the smoothest and most comfortable blood tests I’ve ever had. I feel so relaxed and safe here. I don’t want to go anywhere else anymore. Mahalo!!
I go there every 1-3 months , the people there are so nice , very good at what they do , clean , their place is always clean , thank you for all you do
Understaffed and does not open on time. They claim to be open at 7:00 am but not really.
Went to get labs done with orders from a doctor and the lady made me leave because she didn’t know how to do miscellaneous orders (aka I wasn’t just getting your typical CBC, CMP, etc). She was all alone and had just started working there. If you’re going to have someone new working all alone, they better be competent enough to do their job. Or else you need to have a manager or someone else on duty with her.
