Went to get labs done with orders from a doctor and the lady made me leave because she didn’t know how to do miscellaneous orders (aka I wasn’t just getting your typical CBC, CMP, etc). She was all alone and had just started working there. If you’re going to have someone new working all alone, they better be competent enough to do their job. Or else you need to have a manager or someone else on duty with her.
Quick and efficient - almost impossible to find. It’s outside on the second floor parking lot, southwest corner.
they need two workers there, the only one working and this has happened twice, cannot check in and keep everyone happy who is waiting whether with an appt or not.. the second time i've gone when they cannot find my doctors orders and i had to come back again after fasting so it had to be another day.. the staff is friendly, but i waited half an hour to find out she couldn't find my docs orders, now my doc said it was sent 5 days ago, if they had a person to check in and then to do the bloodwork or testing that would expedite... read more
Had a great experience here today. The staff and the front desk person Kazina (sorry if that's spelled wrong!) was absolutely incredible and went above and beyond to help me. I was concerned with not knowing how much one of the labs would cost, and wasn't sure if my insurance would cover it. She got on the phone with my doctor to double check which labs he was requesting, and then called Clinical Labs headquarters to confirm pricing for me.
