Their online payment system “can’t locate my bill” that I received in the mail, and I’ve tried calling their billing department at least 15 times to try to reach someone to pay it, my call either goes to voicemail (and no one returns my calls) or the line beeps endlessly. I don’t think they want money? It’s extremely annoying that I’ve spent at least an hour or more trying to pay them, ridiculous.
Took my daughter here for a blood draw because that's where her doctor sent her lab req. The lab didn't run one of the tests on the lab req and didn't store the blood properly so it clotted. We now have to go get her blood drawn again. The lab techs weren't friendly, will never go back

Ok... I'm trying to not be irritated. But I will never use clinical labs again!....GO TO DIAGNOSTIC LABS! The difference between clinical labs and DIAGNOSTIC is like a child with a plastic knife and a tenured surgeon with a scalpel. Holy hell, this is the second time I had to leave the facility because they couldn't find a vein?!?!?!? Thank you for making me feel like a I.V. drug user, which I would never do!
