I have had the absolute worst experience with this lab and will no longer trust them with my care. I have used this lab for several years and have had occasional issues. They disregarded eight samples due to their screwup. I have very serious concerns over their operations.

Absolutely wonderful customer service and services! I had an emergency and they went the extra mile, spent so much time helping me so I wouldn't have to go to the ER, and had several people working at once to help me solve my issues. Jerry and JoAnn were so phenomenal that I can't say enough good about them both! I will definitely be using them for any labs I need run going forward.
