My physician in another state wanted labs done. Google and it's AI showed CLS as the only lab. We went to have blood drawn. After we were admitted to the "waiting area", based on cleanliness and patient privacy alone, we would have left immediately if we thought there was another option locally. They drew the blood and said they would send the results to my doctor. 9 days later, the doctor did not have the results. Called and was told they didn't have the FAX number for the doctor. My husband's health insurance doesn't cover mileage. CLS charges full amount to anyone whose insurance doesn't cover mileage. Over $300 to come less than a mile to his nursing home to draw blood. Outrageous!
