The lady on the phone was kind. But this is the only clinic here that I can't highly rate - they won't see you unless one of their doctors refers you or has a say in it. Do not expect anything here. Awful feeling as a patient to be told your Primary Care's referral just wasn't enough. Especially when you're concerned for your children and future family. I would give zero stars if I could. I was referred here by my pcp to get testing for a genetic disorder. When they called me they said they were forwarding my referral to another doctor that has nothing to do with genetics. When I explained why my doctor referred me they said they will not see me. The representative was yelling over me and wouldn’t even listen to me. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

Managed to get an appointment with genetic counselor Kristi Tu and she informed me I would get two panels, one for vascular disease, and one for connective tissue disorder. This appointment occurred on the 22nd of May, it is now the 30th. After informing her I did not have the information to fill out the financial assistance paperwork and calling to find out the name of the lab(have to do a specific one because we're doing two panels) at least so I can call and see if they take my insurance.
