We had a great experience with Rachel. I was very nervous but she was a calming force throughout the entire process. She answered every question we asked and was very patient.
Simply excellent! My daughter is 6 months old and is very active. We were very concerned that the experience would be painful and uncomfortable. My 6 year old daughter was very excited yet quite nervous about getting her ears pierced. Ms. Smith was wonderfully reassuring and helped her stay calm throughout the entire process.
