Rachel is amazing. I got my second ear piercing yesterday and Rachel made it a wonderful painless experience. Her office is clean, neat, calm and peaceful. Rachel took time to measure and checked it several times before inserting the needle. During this time, we had a pleasant conversation talking about my Grandmother and getting my first ear piercing. Took my 3month old, Eleanor, here and I was SO nervous, I almost couldn't go through with it... Rachel took me to a room where I got to nurse my babe while she gave me all the pros and cons of piercing my girl early and put absolutely no pressure on me. I decided to go through with it. I opted for the numbing cream (totally worth it!!) Rachel was extremely meticulous when marking Eleanor's ears. We took our 9 year old daughter to see Rachel today. She is a true professional! Her office is clean and welcoming. Her selection of earrings is awesome! She takes her time and makes you feel so comfortable. Rachel uses a numbing cream so the piercing is painless. No tears! Not one!!! Perfect, memorable ear piercing experience. Highly recommend. She is worth the trip!!

Rachael pierced our 21/2 month old baby’s ears. Rachael was very friendly, knowledgeable and reassuring. She answered all of our questions and made us feel at ease. I would definitely recommend her, especially for babies and children.
