I’ve been coming to this Pharmaprix for quite a while and have generally had a positive experience. The pharmacy team works very hard, and it’s clear they’re often handling a high volume of prescriptions while sometimes being understaffed. Most of the staff primarily speak French, since i'm bilingual i don't mind, but several also speak English, which has always made it easy for other clients to communicate. Je me suis rendu dans cette pharmacie à Montréal récemment pour trouver un article. Lorsque j’ai demandé de l’aide à une employée, elle m’a simplement répondu de manière assez brusque d’aller au « rayon », sans plus de précisions. Ne trouvant pas le produit, je suis retourné lui demander de l’aide, mais sa réponse a été peu professionnelle (« tant pis »), sans volonté de m’accompagner ou de clarifier. Worst experience. Pharmacist was not prepared with vaccines for an appointment that was booked ahead of time. Customer service was terrible, pharmacist didn’t even take accountability for not being prepared. I wouldn’t come back to this location.
