I was suppose to meet for first time with Azalea Rep. to show me around she never showed up even though she call to confirm appt. day before I was trying to find better Medicare Advantage Plan & Orthopedic that goes there ,well, they are all false advertising all you get is APRN calling themselves Specialist always check their NPI #. Today 06/25/2025 11:30am. The driver of the bus number 83 addressed me today in the most deplorable unrespectfull and unacceptable manner in front of every one, me being a woman. If this was a driver, I don’t want to see anything else. Don’t bring your loved here. By the way,the complain phone line service here it doesn’t work properly either.After one hour and 3 times calls finally I could leave my concern. Very weary .I haven’t find any complaints website here either with that purpose. I don’t recommend this place at all .
