I attended this program as part of a court-ordered requirement, and my experience with counselor Rachel Owens was extremely disappointing. I waited until I completed probation to share this review because I wanted to be fair and objective. Rachel Owens was unprofessional, uncooperative, and at times downright disrespectful. After I switched to a new therapist, that therapist made multiple attempts to obtain my evaluation from Rachel, but she never responded or forwarded the file. Stay far n clear from this place they hire me providers that discriminate there clients. Tabatha a LBGTQ med provider saw me once and closed me and after 15 mins judged me of my meds that previous med provider had me on. Which left to another state and the place she was practicing at wasn't taking her clients. We have a huge shortage of med providers in the United States. I went through 5 in a year that left, closed there office. I lost my son at 24 leaving me in severe depression, PTSD, severe ayand panic attacks. Tabatha h... read more

Got me scheduled in a decent amount of time but getting the report takes months. I would've given 5 stars if the report was on time..
