I started going here. My doctor was Samantha Schmit. Everything was fine at first. Then she canceled an appointment on me in December 2025. I thought they would make a new appointment with me. They never did. So I tried to make an appointment. They said it would be 4 months before I could see my doctor. I need twice a month care. In the mean time they canceled my prescriptions and left me with no medication for my heart. Im so done with these guys. The staff here was SO RUDE! First it started with the old lady in the front desk with gray hair and glasses, overweight, she started talking to me with an attitude the second i walked in the door. It’s my first time here by the way. She’s extremely rude with the paperwork process, kept talking to me like I’m stupid when the literal online mychart wasn’t loading like calm down.
