Great experience at this clinic. The staff was professional and my doctor, Anita, was very helpful and attentive,thank you.
I have the most horrible experiences there. Everytime I communicate my symptoms and any concerns they dismiss them. Talk down to me. Ask me if I'm sure about any medical history that I'm disclosing to them. Any test or procedures I've had the assistant always says that wasn't possible because those aren't done for the reasons I'm stating. I know what I've had done. It's also in my medical records. I have to edit my review. Now that they're directing their calls to a call center instead of the actual office they are much more responsive. Thank you so much for fixing this!
