Horrible front office service! Would leave zero stars if I could! This place needs to retrain their employees or to be audited! Very unprofessional no sense of urgency, no compassion no nothing from this joke of a clinic! You are dealing with the health of humans putting their health at risk by lack of communication and care! You will reap what you sow!!

Been coming for ten months now with the same problem and they finally were able to refer me somewhere. waited the extra two weeks but where they referred me to cannot treat me since it’s not in their field. they’re just referring you anywhere. The doctor Ferishta Gousee said herself “oh I don’t know” without any solution other than “buy this vitamin, hopefully it will work” after multiple back and forth getting blood work and everything is perfect. Then proceeds to refer me where I cannot be seen.
The Fine street location is a joke. The ladies at the front desk have no clue what they are doing or who to even call for help. What happen to customer service. Every time I asked a question this morning all three ladies gave I don't know as an answer. How about you what I don't know the answer but let me find out for you. I finally just asked if I could speak with the office manager and was told she was out for the day. I feel that they were to lazy to actually get up and find a solution to the problem.
