This place is amazing happy here with Dr Ferisha Gousse she been an amazing doctor for me and the staff been really good
This facility has a very very poor service and heartless. My ear has a very bad infection and needs air drop medicine for that. I saw a Dr. at this facility and requested a particular ear drop that works for my infected ear which was prescribed by other Dr. with 0 refill. At the end of the visit, I double made sure with the Dr. to prescribe me the medicine that works for my ear infection and the Dr. agreed to prescribe me the medicine and would send it out to the pharmacy for me to pick up. This place is a joke. Customer service is the absolute worst. Ever since Esmeralda left it has gone way down hill. Will be switching providers ASAP
