Been coming for ten months now with the same problem and they finally were able to refer me somewhere. waited the extra two weeks but where they referred me to cannot treat me since it’s not in their field. they’re just referring you anywhere. The doctor Ferishta Gousee said herself “oh I don’t know” without any solution other than “buy this vitamin, hopefully it will work” after multiple back and forth getting blood work and everything is perfect. Then proceeds to refer me where I cannot be seen.
The Fine street location is a joke. The ladies at the front desk have no clue what they are doing or who to even call for help. What happen to customer service. Every time I asked a question this morning all three ladies gave I don't know as an answer. How about you what I don't know the answer but let me find out for you. I finally just asked if I could speak with the office manager and was told she was out for the day. I feel that they were to lazy to actually get up and find a solution to the problem. i’ve had several different appointments made and i’ve only ever been able to get one of them done, every other appointment is CONSTANTLY cancelled and/or rescheduled, and it’s always like a month or 2 out, zero stars if i could
This place is amazing happy here with Dr Ferisha Gousse she been an amazing doctor for me and the staff been really good
