First time to the clinic and I was so pleased with the experience, from the front desk !to the back! Dr.Martinez was truly amazing, no Dr. has ever listened to me before and he didnt rush me off, he listened to my concerns about natural alternatives, when most Doctors dont, and he gave me vital advice and answers, his assistant an angel, went out of her way for me and also listened,felt actual compassion from her, even the lab tech, listened and gave me a much needed compliment, I cant say enough about the service, I called ... read more
Extremely bad service, rude emploees from the receptionist to the Np. My husband had an appt for 10 am and was seen at 4pm. That was just the start. He was passrd from dr. To dr. Then finally was seen by an NP who treated him like a drug addict until she saw tje blood in his urone from the kidney stone he had. After three months of going there we still didnt know if they were going to do anything about it.finally we chaned clinics. Much happier now.
My mom came to get checked for the high blood pressure & anxiety attack. She asked if she could get something for the asthma & they told her no because they'll be here until 10 p.m. one of the nurses in the front gaved her attitude just because my mom didn't have the light bill in her name. The other nurse that took my mom's vidals gave her attitude. They want to be mean with the clients. They take 2 hours to call a person!
Wonderful experience at this CSV location. Greenfield is the newest and nicest clinic in the CSV system. The staff was very polite and friendly and were able to help me and my entire family. I was very, very impressed with Dr. Ernesto Mendoza and have been a patient of his for the last 3 years. Dr. Mendoza has great communication skills, is verity humble and polite and always willing to help. He explains things to you in a very simplistic way and goes above and beyond to provide excellent medical care. 5/5 stars and more!
