Called to help my Spanish speaking friend confirm information that he did not understand. The lady on the phone sounded very annoyed when she first answered the phone before we could even talk. She put me on hold and when she returned, I asked to help confirm the information which he asked me to do and she sounded annoyed again to even he talking to me. As I was translating what she said to my friend, she hung up on me without even saying anything. Terrible service. Do not recommend for Spanish speakers.

I was supposed to have appointment on Wednesday 28th the doctor called me the day before he was nice and asked me to fax him my religious exemption before I come to my appointment The receptionist called me back 1h after but omg she is so rude and unprofessional i never seen someone talking to peoples that way I scheduled an appointment for next week she told me it’s $700 for the medical exam but since I was at work I was like I can call them back the next day. the next day I call her to ask if I can have the breakdown on wh... read more

Do not go to this clinic for any time of immigration process please. They are unprofessional and so rude.

My husband went in to get a medical exam for immigration and we didn’t know that he needed his vaccination cards and the doctor told him “why are you wasting my time if you don’t have them”. Think twice before coming to a clinic that you don’t know
