I went to the family planning center and it was free and the nurses were very nice. Edit: Here I am 4 years later, the nurses have changed and the head doctor does whatever he wants. There's a really rude nurse. If only I knew how to change doctors
WORST CLINIC. We try to contact them and all lines are always being forward, No one picks up the phone. We try to reach out for medical Records and no one has ever fax over any medical records to the clinic. I can believe these place deserves even 1 star??..
No lo recomiendo mal servicio ,muy amargada la q te atiende enfrente.
Couldnt figure out how to get in so I called to confirm the appointment but the phone lines kept going straight to voicemail. Finally went in, and saw that the receptionist was too busy on her personal cell phone talking and forwarding the clinic's calls to voicemail. The place was literally empty and I still had to wait for her to attend me. Horrible service. Definitely switching clinics. Would NOT RECOMMEND. Would give NO STARS if I could.
Worst service ever!!!! Had an appointment at 2:30pm and the doctor wasn't back from lunch yet. It is 2hrs. later and i still havent been called in.
