I contacted the clinic to ask if they were accepting new patients. The doctor asked me if the patient had a medical condition. After informing the doctor that the patient needed surgery, the doctor said he could not accept him because he had to pay a certain amount just for accepting patients with a medical condition.
Really bad customer service. The receptionist is rude. Her energy is ugly all the way around.
