No, I felt confused and uneasy when I left Was this provider's office easy to locate? I got lost, but eventually found it

Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. There was some confusion whether I was having a procedure or just a consultation. I was a bit nervous so asked for a consult. I was not rushed and was able to ask all the questions I wanted. I made an appointment before leaving (series of 3 fraxel). On my first appointment was treated very well, staff very friendly. On second I showed up a half hour early, and they managed to squeze me in. They do not offer a lot of info up front, which I thought was weird - but they are happy to answer your questions. They are okay. I've had laser hair removal done here. The biggest drawback is that they are ALWAYS running late. In the 8 appts I've had here, they've never once been on time. The shortest amount of time I've waited is 30 minutes. The longest was an hour. Extremely frustrating.
