Very frustrating experience. I scheduled a 1:00 PM appointment during my lunch break and drove across town to be there. After waiting 15 minutes, I was told the doctor had stepped out and no one knew when she would return. When I asked if they could call her so I could decide whether to wait, they refused. It was a waste of my time, gas, and lunch break.
