I took my son to his 8 a.m. appointment on September 23, 2025, at Clínica de Salud del Valle de Salinas – Alvin Dental. The receptionist Karla was very unprofessional and rude. She ignored waiting patients while talking and laughing, then acted impatient and disrespectful toward a woman who was struggling to write her name. Rude with a attitude made me feel like I was bothering them got no help they were about to make me wait hrs when I’m in pain don’t waste your time here
Muy mal servicio esperamos x más de 6 meses para una cita y resulta que un día antes te llaman para recordarte tu cita y el día de tu cita te llaman y te dice no está el doctor le vamos agendas su cita para otro día y es agosto me la querían dar hasta marzo..eso no es justo para que agarran tantos clientes si no van a poder atender bien..
Mi experiencia fue la peor, no me importa si las personas de enfrente son groceras. No elegí el dentista pensé que eran los únicos que aceptan medical y pues por esa razón fui ahi an mis citas. Después mi empleador me dio aseguranza y se me hizo cómodo seguir pero la verdad que los dentista no hacen un buen trabajo.
