The doctors are great but the front desk is lacking! Their phone wait times are over 30 minutes. Being a medical facility and having wait phone wait times this long is unacceptable. I’m on the phone right now 2nd time calling first time 20 now 37 mins.. earlier in the month 40 min I had to hang up I couldn’t wait any longer! Hola mi nombre es Alan y llame a esta clínica hoy porque mi esposa se sentía muy mal y pues como ya eran como las 4:00 me dijo la muchacha después de que estuve esperando en la línea como 15 minutos para que me atendiera, me preguntó si mi esposa tenía aseguransa médica le dije que Medi-Cal pero que íbamos a pagar e efectivo me dijo que no nos podían atender que porque tenía aseguranza.
