Because it was the weekend, we brought our young daughter in for a possible stuck contact lense that had remained in from the night before. They essentially turned her away because we weren't an established patient and no appointments we're available--only one person in lobby. We then contacted Visionworks located on Scottsville Rd. They advised us to come right over. Despite having a lobby full of patients, they worked her in very quickly and in less than 1 minute had the issue addressed. Didn't even charge us! Excellent service. Friendly staff & great selection!
Went in today for an exam and questions regarding watery eyes. I got a complete exam with some great new technology, talked to a very friendly nurse, and saw Dr. Duvall. He answered questions, and was great to talk to. I then talked to a nice lady who helped me pick out new glasses. I feel a lot better now that I’ve gone to Precision, and can’t wait for my new glasses!
