These people don’t know how to do their jobs. You ask them to do one simple thing and they do the complete opposite…then they hit you with “it was a mistake this and that, you have to wait 3 weeks to get your medication now”. Stick with the big pharmacies like CVS or Walmart.
Review is based on Clinicare supposedly being out of certain medications but only for people with Med-Cal or Medi-Care health insurance. Friends that I have who are covered under PPO or paid Insurances haven’t had a problem obtaining their medications from Clinicare. Reaching out to the Attorney General for more info and guidance on this because it’s obscenely prejudice and illegal. If you have the same issue and you have the poor people insurance please do the same and contact your AG.
The team here is amazing. I have been going to them for a few years now and I could not imagine going anywhere else. There are closer pharmacies to my home but they do not come close to the service I receive here.
