RecommendedI can say I am clean today thanks to the help of Clinic 5. I have been going for almost 2yrs now. The staff is very friendly. The counselors actually will sit and talk with you. You can tell they actually care! They also are so helpful at creating a plan that works for you and help you set and make your goals!!! I can not thank Clinic 5 enough! I am alive cause of this place! Thank you for everything you have made possible for me Clinic 5. Thank you for helping me get my life back on track and helping me find my self!!

anfd Love this clinic sooo much. Its changed my life. I was on a methadone clinic for years, but this place is soo much better. It really is a place of healing and recovery. The staff and doctors really care about you. I went from being homeless and sleeping in my car with my daughter around the corner for my 1st appointment to having an awesome job,car,and my own place. I have been clean for 6 years this February thanks to clinic #5!!

I have been coming here for a while now and it has for sure helped me there's no more chasing around for anything. I have a great job and family. The owner and doc the nurses and the counselors are amazing. Without this place who knows where I'd be.
