Not an ethical place whatsoever. Stay away. Their CEO was charged with fraudulent medical billing by the DOJ.
I am beyond sad about this practice. I have been going here for about 4 years now. How can a medical provider shut its doors w/o communication to its patients? How do these patients get their med records, prescription refills, etc? They stated originally they were moving locations, which I am to assume is a lie given the fact no communication has been sent out of any new location and changes.
