Jay and the folks who work at his shop are fantastic. He sells a quality product at a reasonable price and they stand behind their work. I will recommend Cline Falls Pool and Spa to everyone looking for a hot tub.
It's been about a year and we still absolutely love our new West Coast Spas Monterey! Built here in Oregon too!! The owners, Jay and Carol have been superb through the whole process and we would absolutely recommend purchasing a West Coast Spa through Cline Falls Pool and Spa. 1 because I can't rate a zero ....first off they opened there doors for us on a Sunday WOW thought this is the place ...we looked around found are Spa and ordered a few more jets in it ...payed 7200 bucks 4 weeks goes buy and still no Spa and got 1 phone call day before it was supposed to be delivered to let us know there was no Spa...they said we will go get it frid6and call ya ....it's Saturday still no call ...will NEVER buy a thing from these people not alone thinking we need to cancel are order get are money back and go... read more
We love our Spa purchased from Cline Falls. We have owned 3 other brands and this is by far our favorite. We bought the 2016 Deschutes 3.0 and use it every day. The staff here was so helpful with purchase and set up. We also love that we bought locally here in our little Tumalo community.
