Moment you walk in you feel welcome. There's a very nice lady at the front desk and the lady who handles the shock/electric thing before seeing the Doc is awesome. Doctor Cline is a professional at what he does, you can see that the moment he starts with you. At no point is there some hard sales pitch with programs, he lets you go at your own pace with suggestions. Thank you Doctor, you've definitely cultivated a great atmosphere in your office and I'll refer everyone I can to you.

This place is a sham. When your deductible is fully paid they demand money from you because, “they don’t get paid until the insurance mails them a check.” Now we are over here trying to chase them for our $75 back that was paid as of last month on the 19th from our insurance. This place must be hurting for money to behave unethically. All other chiropractors have called and verified that our deductible always met and performed services. We even showed this office a letter stating this from the insurance. Sham sham sham.
