Never left a review before, GI office is unprofessional receptionist is rude only a select few know anything. Apparently everyone has gastritis and a ppi cures everything. Don't waste your time here take the time to drive further away to someone that's medically inclined I would leave a zero if I could
The doctors we've seen have been great. They aren't the issue. MY issue is sitting here for 30 minutes to an hour (or longer) AFTER the scheduled appointment! I make appointments early so I don't miss work. Well, with how long we sit here, I don't know about that anymore, and it's very irritating. My boss doesn't appreciate it either. And I can't find another doctor taking new patients in the area, we moved here a year ago.
The fact that they think when u schedule and apt anytime of the day that your signing up to wait for a docter for 2 hours and then to be seen for 3 minutes with no outcome almost everytime the worst Healthcare anyone could seek is clinch valley drive the extra miles because all your doing I waisting time waiting on these flunkey docters that couldn't even get jobs in their own states
Bad experience as a new patient. I arrived at my appointment time and they said my appointment was earlier and I had missed it. However, it most definitely was not true. I even had a phone call the day before verifying my appointment time. It was in my calander as the correct time and they told me that time when calling me the day before. They previously had canceled my first appointment and rescheduled me cause the doctor wasn't available on the day I was scheduled.. now this.
