I hired Climbing High Tree Service to remove a dead pine tree from my front yard. On June 5th, 2025, they showed up and did an excellent job cutting the tree down. They told me they would return that weekend to haul off the logs. That weekend came and went, no one showed up. Initially, I had this company do some work for me in June. They did a terrific job so I had them do some additional work for me again in mid July. As they were trimming some branches away from the roof, they kick the security light off of a pole. I walked outside and asked about it, and was told they planned on repairing it. After further inspection I placed my hand on the pole and found it had been completely broken a few inches under the dirt, and it fell over. ****** and her husband, the owners said that they needed to co... read more
