Overall I liked the hotel and it was very clean and the staff were nice and helpful. They get three stars because I had two rooms after staying 4 days and both rooms would only go down to 72 degrees and I disagree with charging guest for parking even if they are not driving or leaving their car at the hotel. I also thought they should have provided a snack bar as well.
No Means No. We received cautionary advice from our RE agent, Michelle Stephens about the risk of marketing our home with unwarranted space. Guided by her advice, we were transparent in our seller disclosures and in writing told her no, do not post photos of said space in marketing our home. Rookie Mistake from “Top Producer” Who has $250,000 to lose? Our situation similar to so many homes in SF with unwarranted space... signed form not to market unwarranted space.
