Josh (and the other guy) was friendly and laid back. Helped us by calling someone in regards to our uhaul rental.. etc. Good experience, and great incentives for getting a storage.
Antonio was very informative about everything, Great person to talk to also super friendly. Highly recommend coming here and talking to him because he’ll make sure that you were taking care of!!! Really easy to talk to, but still very informative about the product. If you come here, make sure you talk to Antonio!! I do appreciate his help and every way, especially about inform us about certain Product that fits our needs.
I’ve been meaning to post about this place for a while and just remembered. The best part about this place is the customer service from the guys behind the counter. It’s been a few weeks since my last rental and a few months since the rental I had before that but I want to give credit where credit is due. I’ve rented from this location 3 or 4 times and it’s always a good experience. If you have questions or issues they’re always helpful.
First rate! Moving, even just across town, is stressful. This professional customer-first no-nonsense experience made my whole day 5 stars brighter. Looking forward to recommending them as often as possible!
Needed a truck for a day. Ended up using the truck for 4 days. All is well.
