The worst service I've ever dealt with. I had an AC unit installed in a new building. They came out 2 weeks later to service the unit, but couldn't finish the job. They were supposed to call me and reschedule, but never did. I called them and rescheduled, they never showed up. I called again. I made it clear that I leave for work at a certain time, so it had to be before that. They showed up just as I'm leaving for work. Since then, I haven't gotten any communication, and my unit still isn't serviced. So, I have to call them... read more
Climatemp is a great company. Everyone is always so courteous and professional from the office staff to the field technicians. I love that they are there for their customers 24/7. I would highly recommend this company.
Amazing staff and 24 hour service. I highly recommend the precision a/c tune up, it includes 3 visits per year. I definitely recommend Climatemp for all HVAC services.
TERRIBLE SERVICE!! I have an A/C unit that was installed 03/15/2018 on the 03/17/2018 my A/C, which was still under warranty, stopped working I called the company on the 18th, Monday morning at 8:30 in the morning and was told a tech would be out in a few hours. Around Noon called back again and the same statement in fact called a few times through out the day and got the same answer. we respond as fast as we can, sometimes we run late but we do come. we will not be charging the $89 travel fee but it does cost to open up a parts house and will be charged to customer if they want the part after hours. we are only required to do warranty work from 8 to 5 Monday thur Friday.
Worst company I have ever dealt with. They came out 5 times and never fixed the problem. Unit turned on my heat strips and ran up a $1,200 power bill after they worked on it. Owner would not make any adjustments. This all started when they put in 2 new thermastats. I had a maintenance agreement for 2 Trane units. it turns out that Trane had cut off their distributorship. Owner was very ugly on the phone and tried to make me take apart that he bought a month after I had someone else fix my unit.
