Absolute trash customer service after preforming work on our outside unit and the charging us for another follow up to tell us and I quote “I’m not really sure what’s going on.” I’m now having to buy a whole new unit because the original work that was preformed fried the unit. After having another company come out he said “this is what homeowners do when they want to get their home warranty to buy them a new unit.” When confronted manager refused to let us speak with the owner. Keith was a great at communication and very helpful! Keith no longer works for this company! What a big loss for climatemp. Seems they can’t keep the good ones. There’s a reason for that!
