Zaikel serviced our HVAC this time. Great company and organizational practices! We've been with Climatemakers for many, many years, have a long- term maintenance agreement with them that we are happy to renew each year, and each year their service responsiveness gets better. Their techs are competent individuals who view us as people, not just customers, but also very respectful with our time and our expectations.

Yvonne ******serviced our HVAC units on May 15, 2024. We had admired her knowledgeable service and work ethic the previous season and I saved her name to my contacts. This year she did not disappoint. We had to replace a sensor board in our 14 year old Trane. Yvonne clearly explained the need for this repair and in 2 days it was done. Gary Gabby serviced my two Trane units today and he was absolutely amazing! He was very thorough; explained what he was doing; and clearly assured me that my two units were in top shape. I searched the ***for HVAC contractors, and had several estimates. A few were lower, and one was much higher than Climatemakers. I ended up with Climatemakers, and am glad I did. Mike ****did the estimate for me, explained each and every detail to ensure I understood what to expect and what they would do. And they did it. An extraordinarily professional and talented team of HVAC professionals. I will use Climatemakers for my semiannual checks, as well.
