Climatek is the best in town! They've been to our rescue multiple times over the years. Most recently, while in the middle of a remodel, we unexpectedly needed to do some hvac work. Rikki & Charles quickly provided us with the parts we needed. Then, once we realized we needed someone to come out, they were here within the day! We would've been stuck without their expertise and quick response time. Call them, you wont be disappointed!
I cannot recommend these guys enough!!! Our air conditioning went out and we called Dick’s heating and air. It took them over two weeks to come out and they told us it would cost us $12,500 to replace the system. We called Climatek and they came out three days later. The guy that came out was super nice. He changed out three capacitors added coolant and cleaned our coil. After speaking to a friend in another town that is in the HVAC business they get huge bonuses for selling new systems, so the business is full of scammers. ... read more
We had a clogged drainage tube and our furnace during the 100 degree weather and water was no releasing. I am physically unable to climb ladders and called Climatek. By 1:30 that afternoon, the owner was here to help me out!! Service is A+ and the company treated me like family! I will always use them for my heating and cooling needs in the future!! Thanks!!
I called Monday for a service call. Rikki the owner was very professional and efficient. She scheduled me for Wednesday morning. The technician Damon was on time with a quick diagnosis. Went for the part we needed and returned. He was professional, aware, responsible, and knowledgeable. Work well done! Will never go anywhere else.
Can't say enough about the excellent customer service we received! Called about a heat pump issue and they were able to come out the same day to diagnose the problem. They came back the next day to complete the work. They even went as far as correcting some other issues from the previous installer. Charles was so nice and very knowledgeable. Would recommend this company to anyone in the valley!
