Climate tech was recommended/sent to our house by our home insurance company. The technician was not very friendly, gave us very very little information except that it was a part that needed to be ordered. We called climate tech the following day to find out what or when they were going to be back to fix it we were told the insurance company needed to approve the port part purchase. Vick was assigned when we filed an issue with our home warranty AHS since our AC was working but making it very humid in our house. Vick was pleasant and professional. Quickly assessed and fixed a condenser or compressor I am not sure which. Went into our very hot attic and was very positive throughout the experience. Turned on the AC to ensure it was working. Nick came to fix our A/C through our home warranty and they were very quick with coming out and getting it fixed right away which is definitely a plus when it’s been in 100s all week. He was very nice and I would recommend to friends/family
