We have used Climate Tech multiple times through the years for repairs & to install a new system. We have never had a negative experience. Each time they have been knowledgeable & very professional. A few years back our air conditioner went out on July 4th. Someone was at our door just before it was time for fireworks. We agreed that he would come back after the show so everyone could be with family to watch fireworks. He came back like he said he would & worked for hours fixing the issue deep into the night. So this review is long overdue and I apologize that it hasn't been sooner I always forget to do one. I want to give recognition that is deserved. I have been dealing with climate tech for over 5yrs now and everytime I've had to count on them they have not disappointed. we called them to diagnose one unit because it was not cooling enough at the set temperature. they came two times apart 2months. Every time they charged but the temperature was not changed and they charged me. They came and billed for things which they did not perform and do not recommend using this company after our bad experience. they do not warantee their work; and the technicians are not qualified to find the problems.
