During the hottest consecutive days this season when every other HVAC repair service company was giving us the runaround, Climate Pros came to our rescue. That includes our maintenance agreement with Consumers Energy (specifically the Call Center). What made it exceptional, the receptionist, Brook was very sympathetic to our situation, going out of her way to help. My A/C was dead. No response from changes on the thermostat. I double checked the circuit breaker, it had not been tripped. I called Home Serve for repair. Within a few minutes, Eric from Climate Pros called. I explained my issues and he was able to come immediately to check it out. Eric was friendly and knowledgeable and had me up and running in minutes. While he was here, he checked the furnace filter and brought it upstairs. From start to finish we had a great experience with Climate Pros. We needed to run multiple fans and an extra portable a/c unit in addition to our old central air conditioner to keep our house livable (our bedroom was still 86 degrees).
