We purchased our new Ruud heat pump system from Climate Experts last year and called for our summer checkup. Dustin arrived on time and promptly tested our system to verify performance. He then cleaned the unit and flushed the coils. He documented every test and also took photos of the system for our records. All in all we were impressed with the professional way our service checkup went. We highly recommend Climate Experts!
