Our AC went out in 110 degree weather. Michael came right over and got it fixed and it was reasonably priced for the service. Very nice, professional, took time to explain everything and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend Michael from Climate Doctors.
After all these years, I finally had a GREAT experience with having an air conditioner repaired. Michael diagnosed the issue, took pictures and reviewed the issues he felt needed repair. He gave tips on air filters that would be best for our system. His 30 years experience really showed. He charged $385 for the repair, which I was previously quoted $3,512...can you believe that? Michael is the most honest, helpful, friendly, and trustworthy professional I have seen in the service business. He always goes above and beyond in giving us tips to keep our AC running better, and is incredibly prompt in responding to distress calls in this crazy heat.
