Tim came in with the low quote for a total HVAC system. Also did excellent work in a short time.
Our A/C went out a few days ago and I was told by a larger heating and air company in the Dayton area that I needed to replace my A/C unit and furnace. They quoted me an insane price to replace. Thankfully I called Tim at CCS to get a second opinion and he sent Carl out that same day and all Carl needed to do was replace the capacitor in the A/C unit. This was an eye opening experience and I am very thankful for the honesty and service from CCS! I will for sure be using them moving forward!
Carl came out to do a second opinion after another company came out for an annual tune up. The other company said a capacitor on the board was burned out and the A/C would not work. This was when it was 90 degrees outside and the A/C had been running successfully all summer. So puzzling. Carl tested all the functions and found the capacitor was just fine and the burned out part of the board was just dirty Did a thorough inspection and found everything working fine. The owner of this company, and the people that did our service were not just friendly and helpful...they did a great job. We purchased a new furnace and air conditioner, and couldn't be more satisfied as customers. I will recommend these people and this company to everyone.
