Great company! My service tech Santos was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. Office staff is always helpful.
Scheduled an appointment online and the computer told me that an appointment was available between 8pm and 1159pm. I accepted this appointment and received confirmation via e-mail and text. No one shows up and no one calls to let us know that they could not/ outdoor not be here., We waited up until past midnight waiting. Very shoddy customer service and customer representative blames the fault on the web site. Called the company at 11pm last night and the notification stated that they had service 24 hrs a day?
