Once they became aware of my concerns, they made sure someone from the company reached out to me quickly, and I truly appreciate that. I am very disappointed with the customer service from this AC company. I am calling on behalf of a commercial business, and I have called multiple times trying to get someone to return my phone call, but I keep getting the runaround. Even when the representative puts in a ticket requesting that the business call me back, I still don’t receive a call. All we need is for our AC filters to be changed. This is the same company that installed our AC system, so they know the system and should be familiar with what needs to be done... read more
