Prompt service, great communication. Excellent work
AC went down during the evening. Called them at 8:00am. They arrived by 9:00am and it was diagnosed and repaired by 9:30. This was wonderful. My wife was very happy.
The technicians were very good and timely. They were quick to diagnose the issue. The system that we purchased is less than 2 yrs. Old. The replacement part was covered under warranty but the refrigerant and labor costs were high. Refrigerant and labor costs were going to exceed $1200. Not sure why this excessive and I’m not sure if this is the going rate for this service. Overall, good group of guys to work with but expensive for a unit that is less than 2 years old.
The team from Climate Control were professional, polite and Friendly. They did a 1-3;mini split install and were great. Neat, clean explained everything and did a great job.
