I'm giving them 2 stars, because they did manage to get a unit installed and working. Short version: Do not use these guys, you may end up regretting it after dealing with months of incompetence. Long version: We ordered a HVAC unit through Lowes for a rental house in Palm Coast in December 2013, the unit was installed and everything was running well. Second air conditioning unit ( trane) installed in 13 years. First one lasted 7 years, second one 7 years, why are these compressors breaking in such a short time? Have my suspicions........
