Dean was prompt, polite, respectful and extremely knowledgable. He explained everything he did, showed the work and answered all questions with confidence. Wonderful job.
We've had an annual maintenance contract with Climate Control for many years and have generally been very pleased with their upkeep of our furnace/air conditioner and our second floor ductless heat pump system (which they installed). Ian was the latest technician to come out for our spring inspection. As were previous technicians, Ian was respectful of our property, did a thorough inspection and cleaning, and explained all his findings.
