We've been using Climate Control for our heat pump/AC for over 15 years--in our previous house and then in our new house where we got a whole new system installed. They are prompt, courteous, and they do a good job of maintaining the equipment and explaining what they are doing. Highly recommended. UPdate in August 2025: Just had great service from technician Ian (I can't figure out how to write a new review, so I'll just add that to this review). He did a great job.
