My heating systems has been acting up for months. I tried various options to rescue my old furnace and at times your technicians worked wonders. Particularly helpful was Ian McIntosh. He took time to explain what needed to be done to eventually take care of my heating problems. I appreciated his kind and patient manner. We set and appointment for an advisor to come and give me an estimate for a replacement furnace , when the time comes.
